1Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Abuvision LLC ("AbuVision", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://abuvision.com (the "website"), contact us, or order our services.
AbuVision is a digital agency located at 7901 4th St N #30031, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Our own in-house team delivers website design, content writing, digital marketing, consulting and AI automation services to business clients. Abuvision LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our website, email us or call us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and company name, if you include them;
- the product, package or service you are interested in;
- your project description, goals, deadlines and any files, brand assets, copy or reference material you send us;
- account access you share so we can complete your project, such as a website or social media login.
Please share only the logins and access we ask for, and change any shared passwords once your project is complete.
Order details
When you order a service, we keep a record of the product and package you bought, your invoices, your billing name and email address, any billing address you enter when paying, the payment status, and our project communications with you.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
3How we use your information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To deliver the services you order — planning, producing and handing over your project.
- To communicate with you — answering enquiries, confirming scope, sharing drafts, handling revisions and providing support.
- To process payments — sending invoices through Stripe and keeping accurate accounting records.
- To improve the website — understanding which pages are useful, fixing errors and keeping pages fast and accessible.
- To keep the website secure — detecting and preventing fraud, spam and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations — for example, tax and accounting requirements.
We send marketing emails only if you have asked to receive them, and every such email includes a simple way to unsubscribe.
4Payments through Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. When you pay an AbuVision invoice, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure payment page.
AbuVision never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Stripe shares limited information with us so we can match your payment to your order, such as the amount, date, payment status, and the card brand and last four digits.
Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, which is available on Stripe's website.
5Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Here is exactly how our website uses them and similar technologies:
- No advertising or tracking cookies. Our website does not set cookies for advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking.
- No third-party analytics. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools. To understand how the website is used, we rely on the standard server logs described in section 2.
- Web fonts. Our pages load the Plus Jakarta Sans font from Google Fonts. To deliver the font, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.
- Payment pages. When you pay an invoice, Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages for security and fraud prevention.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Our website works without them. If we introduce analytics or any other cookies in the future, we will update this section before they are used.
6What we never do and who we share with
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Your project is completed by our in-house team. We share personal information only with service providers that are strictly necessary to run our business and deliver your service:
- Stripe, to send invoices and process payments;
- our website hosting provider, to run the website and keep it secure;
- our email provider, to send and receive messages about your enquiry and project.
Each provider receives only the information it needs and may use it only to provide its service to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid court order — or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, our team or the public.
7How we protect your data
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- encrypting all traffic to and from our website with HTTPS;
- leaving all card payments to Stripe, so card details never pass through our systems;
- limiting access to client information to the team members who need it for your project;
- protecting our business accounts with strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.
No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8How long we keep your data
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements demand, generally up to seven years after the final invoice.
- Project files and materials you send us are kept for up to 12 months after final delivery so we can support you, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we agree a different period with you.
- Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and are not used to build profiles of visitors.
9Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your personal information;
- stop receiving any marketing emails from us.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within 30 days.
We may need to keep some records even after a deletion request — for example, invoices we must retain for tax purposes. If so, we will tell you what we are keeping and why. You will never be treated differently for exercising your privacy rights. If the laws of your state or country give you additional rights, we will honor them.
10Children's privacy
Our services are designed for business clients and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11Where your data is processed
AbuVision is based in the United States. If you contact us or use our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change to how we use personal information, we will highlight it on this page before it takes effect.
